Project Overview
Complete rebuild of an existing 40,000 square foot two story structure with basement level for University athletic programs and management. New sheet metal distribution from existing refurbished air handler including new air handler installations for specialty spaces located in the basement of the facility. Fully developed 3D BIM model as the lead trade for coordination, generation of shop fabrication drawings and KOBE database integration for end user functionality. Intercept and connect to existing campus chilled/hot water services including installation of temporary chiller and boiler installations to accommodate project phasing.
