Pipe Prefabrication
Our pipe fabrication shop is run by skilled union pipefitters using state of the art tools. We provide prefabrication of pipe assemblies from 2” to 16” diameter for:
- Western Allied’s in-house projects
- prefabrication services for local and out-of-state customers
Our typical fabrication is for hydronic steel piping 2” to 16” diameter, however larger sizes are possible. We specialize in welded and grooved systems. Our shop houses computerized CNC cutting machines, hydraulic positioners, grooving tools, and welding machines. Our highly trained and experienced personnel has created many reusable fixtures which not only save in set up time, but help ensure uniform quality.
